		<description>I agree that it is a disgrace that we are expected to pay again and again for information that our taxes were used to collate in the first place. All this achieves is that we employ more people in government to handle internal and external licensing. Eventually the government will decide to privatise the information and then its lost to us the public unless we are willing to pay again.

As for the current problem it is possible to use Google or Yahoo to do geocoding of data from postcodes and they do not charge.</description>
